Ohio's Destructive Tax System, Part 2

John Kasich, at his announcement for candidate for governor, said in his speech that it was a crime that in order to visit prominent retired Ohio Businessmen, you generally have to take a trip to Florida*....
 
I recently sent you an excerpt from Jack Boyle's article in the journal, The Ohio Society of CPA's.
The title of the article is "Campaign seeks end to Ohio's Estate Tax".

A key point of this article is that ironically, a tax designed to target the rich is easily avoided by the rich because they can simply leave the state, while middle class citizens, who may not have that option, end up paying the bill.
 
Do you agree with Jack Boyle, that eliminating Ohio's Estate Tax would go a long way towards improving Ohio's tax structure, and along with it Ohio's economy?
