Ohio's Destructive Tax System

"The Tax Foundation http://www.taxfoundation.org/files/bp60.pdf ranks Ohio's state & local tax as the 4rth most destructive in the US, trailed only by New Jersey, New York, and California.   Over the past 12 years, a net of 500,000 Ohioans have moved out of the state for better Opportunities elsewhere"    ---Jack Boyle from an Article in the Ohio Society of CPA's

 

 

I haven't done an analysis myself, but Mr. Boyle seems to imply that there is a correlation between migration out of Ohio and its tax system.   Do you think he's right?
